Jellyhead 3D are a character costume and props company based in London. Most of the costumes created at Jellyhead are constructed from our own patterns, and drafted onto sheets of plastazote and 1″ foam. Below are some examples of studio work undertaken whilst at Jellyhead for larger clients, and some of the low budget 2 day projects for TV clients including Harry Hill and Al Murray.

Centurion feet made from carved foam and covered with stretch lycra. Made as part of a mascot costume for Leigh Centurions Rugby club.

Horns made from plastazote. For CBBC’s Trapped.

Lambshank costume made from plastazote and foam, covered with loop nylon and spray painted. Created for Harry Hill’s TV Burp.

Toilet roll costume made from plastazote and foam. Created for Pravda Advertising.

Norovirus costume created for Al Murray’s Happy Hour.

Giant mouldy pizza slice created from carved plastazote and waterlily, with various paint treatments applied to the surfaces. Made as part of a collection of oversized foodstuffs and recyclables for Essex County Council’s Recycling initiative for children.
